Azteca come from the mysterious, dangerous cocoa-world of South America - these are Imperial Pastry Porters with a huge amount of chocolate malts to reach a slightly creamy, cocoa, roasted malty base. We divided this base to make two markedly different dessert experiences.
Azteca Q is flavoured with vanilla and the Ethiopian Wachu Woluchu coffee (roasted for us by our friends at 42 Coffee Roastery) for a clean coffee-vanilla beer rich with fruity and bergamot notes.
