Azteca come from the mysterious, dangerous cocoa-world of South America - these are Imperial Pastry Porters with a huge amount of chocolate malts to reach a slightly creamy, cocoa, roasted malty base. We divided this base to make two markedly different dessert experiences.
Azteca X is flavoured with tonka beans - these fake almond nuts disguising themselves as raisins brings a uniqe, vivid flavour with its almond-cinnamon-vanilla notes (especially after the amount we used).
