We have always loved experimenting with new beer styles, and our first Strong Ale is proof of that.
After tasting many inspirations (yey!) and experimenting, we came up with Baby Beast, which complements the traditional graininess of the style with a distinct caramel and dried fruit flavor, thus pushing the entire beer experience towards a red wine-like sipping sensation. All this while leaving its body easy to drink and not too thick, so that it can be enjoyed with a glass any day of the year.
