We aged Dimidium in not one, but two types of barrels: this is a unique blend of two Imperial Stouts aged for a year. 200 liters aged in brandy and 300 liters aged in cognac barrels were blended to create a heavy bodied stout which perfectly harmonizes with the the fruity-raisiny-woody notes.
