We dreamt big again: we took our favourit Baltic Porter and closed them in noisily fruity Calvados barrels for almost a year, so the fairly roasted barley notes can be balanced with the barrels' fruity, almost grape-y character. Seems heavy bodied, but still refreshingly light, a unique experience even among barrel aged beers.
