A very special edition of our Flagship Sour, Calypso, inspired by a Sour Cherry Negroni. In addition to the zingy sour base, we've spun the beer on gin-infused oak, black cherries and orange zest. It's dry and botanical, full of flavour and pours with a beautiful red colour.
