This year we are presenting the Hungarian Cake as a new style. After the styles of previous years, this time the reinterpretation of the cake is presented as an Imperial Pastry Stout: the strength of the full-bodied, 11.5% stout is perfectly counterbalanced by the body flavored with Ghanaian cocoa beans, sour cherry puree and caramel aroma, which can thus reproduce the most important flavors of the winning cake in a complex way.
