We waited over two years to hand-bottle our Pastry Stout, which we immediately split into two. Guataubá not only retains the bold fruity rum notes and the understated roasted maltiness of Imperial Stout, but also serves as a model of the perfect harmony of flavors. The finished batch is conservative in flavor, yet speaks for itself.
