We've aged our Imperial Saison with blackberry, redcurrant and sour cherry for a year in red wine barrels, to make sure it brings all the available smells and flavours to be a bridge between beer - and wine. Dry, heavy-bodied, still fruity specialty beer. Not a traditional one, but we believe beer can be like this!
