Our beer designed and brewed for the burgers made for the tenth birthday of the Bamba Marha burger makers. Monterey Jack cheese, grilled corn salsa, chipotle tomato sauce, coriander-lime mayonnaise, nachos chips predestined us to make a Mexican lager, for which we also had the experience: however, we definitely wanted to put a twist on it, so we added the freshness and exoticism of lime to the traditional lager flavors to give the Latino feeling a fuller flavor.
