The bourbon whiskey, which we selected together with János Kocsis, better known as Whiskey Cave Room, was matured in a Bordeaux Pinot Noir barrel to match our Imperial Stout. It is an exciting blend of dry, winey fruitiness, the vanilla spiciness of the whiskey, and the roasted grain of the stout.
