As every year, in 2025, our fresh, crisp lager beer, prepared in honor of the world's biggest beer festival, has been prepared. Every year we vary the recipe a little, and this time we may have taken the biggest leap, as this year's Märzen/Festbier version is made with a lower alcohol content, became lighter, breadier, perhaps a little more hoppy, and used less caramel malt (yes, borderline Festbier), to pay tribute to the most desired lagers this time.
