This time we poured a particularly exciting base beer into our Jack Daniels barrel. Night at The Seaside was poured into the barrel almost raw, even before the addition of mandarin puree and tonka bean: this way, the sugar content remaining after fermentation can further strengthen the strong body in its base flavors - this overall gives the beer a dense oiliness in its texture and sipping sensation, better suited to sweeter flavors.
We left this base in the barrel for 384 days - that is, more than a year - so that the woody, whiskey-like, spicy flavors of Jack Daniels bourbon could fully permeate. We highly recommend it to bourbon fans, stouts and after-lunch beer lovers!
We deliver our beers to our customers with GLS and Foxpost courier services with home delivery and parcel point collection. We ship the packages every Wednesday, and in most cases they arrive at the requested delivery point on Friday.
