What can we make of a beer? Our 11%, thick, heavy-bodied, roasted barley porters brewed with cocoa to achieve an extremely pastry-like, chocolate palate - and we split that in three.
Most of the beer became our Azteca series: the Q includes a coffee/vanilla combination, while the X received tonka beans, so we got two characteristically different specialty porters - and part of the beer was put into cognac and brandy barrels, with some added raspberries, to make a loudly fruity, but more tart than sweet, unique flavour.
